Journey Dance First class is FREE!!

Journey Dance classes will move you through deep personal exploration, reconnecting you with your body, mind, heart & soul. Release stress, feel your power and find personal harmony and balance as you dance your journey. Let the journey carry you through a seamless flow of guided imagery and free movement. Discover your most expanded and liberated self. Dance barefoot to inspiring music as you are encouraged to manifest, dream, create and inspire. Come free your spirit and discover who you are really meant to be!

PRICE: $15 per class RMHC members $12 (first class is free)

For your comfort bring water and a light blanket. Dress comfortably, clothing free of buckles snaps & buttons something you can sweat and roll around in.
