Movement

The physical body often carries the residual emotions of our daily experiences.  When there’s an imbalance in the body, as there often is in symptoms, movement can assist in releasing what no longer serves us. Whether you engage in a yoga practice, take a pilates or dance class, hit the trails for a run or hike, it is important to include some version of physical activity into your healing practice.
