Reiki

Reiki is a noninvasive, fully-clothed, subtle energy modality. It can promote a sense of: deep relaxation accompanied with soothing vibrations, gently releasing pent up emotions due to stress or trauma, alleviating anxiety, providing a renewed sense of hope, and regaining strength from fatigue and/or injury. Reiki can be beneficial for people of all ages, and has been especially beneficial for people with ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, autoimmune dis-eases, cancer patients, and many more… who want to receive bodywork, but may not particularly want or need massage therapy.

Reiki can be translated as, the “universal life force energy,”  which is channeled through the practitioner to the client. The practitioner works as a medium for the healing potential found within all things, knowing it is not by their own accord that great healing may take place, but trusts in the client’s innate healing power and the connection to the Creator. Reiki is usually taught as a “hands-on” healing art, but it can also be used away from the body and guided towards people, places, and things that are not physically present. This form of Reiki is facilitated by a Second or Third Degree Reiki practitioner, who has been attuned and initiated into the Reiki Lineage of Natural Healing.
