Abbey O’Neal

Abbey discovered yoga in 2002 and had long enjoyed the physical benefits of the practice. In wanting to broaden her personal understanding of the practice and gain the ability to share the experience with others, she received her training certification from Samadhi Center for Yoga in Denver. Marking the start on her path of healing, Abbey found her purpose and passion in sharing how yoga has so changed her life, emotionally, physically and mentally, through providing the opportunity to others to discover what yoga can mean for them.

In her classes, she emphasizes the connection between breath and movement to help you find balance, strength and stability of the body and mind, and a deeper relationship with your true self.
